In order to secure your appointment, we kindly request that all clients provide a valid credit card at the time of booking. This allows us to reserve dedicated time and resources exclusively for you.
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Therefore, we ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a charge equal to 50% of the services booked for that day.
No-shows will be subject to a full 100% charge of the services booked.
Walk-ins are welcome based on availability; however, scheduling an appointment in advance is strongly encouraged to ensure availability and a seamless experience.
