cancellation policy

As part of our commitment to providing exceptional service, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Reservation Requirement:

In order to secure your appointment, we kindly request that all clients provide a credit card for bookings.

Notice Period:

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Therefore, we ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellation Charges

  • Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a charge equal to 50% of the services booked for that day.
  • No-shows will be subject to a full 100% charge of the services booked.
