cancellation policy

As part of our commitment to providing exceptional service, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Reservation Requirement:

In order to secure your appointment, we kindly request that all clients provide a valid credit card at the time of booking. This allows us to reserve dedicated time and resources exclusively for you.

Notice Period:

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Therefore, we ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellation Charges

  • Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a charge equal to 50% of the services booked for that day.

  • No-shows will be subject to a full 100% charge of the services booked.

  • By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this cancellation policy.

Walk-ins

Walk-ins are welcome based on availability; however, scheduling an appointment in advance is strongly encouraged to ensure availability and a seamless experience.
