To maintain the elevated experience we provide, all appointments require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
No-shows and cancellations made within 48 hours are subject to a 100% service charge. This policy allows us to honor our stylists’ time and accommodate other guests.
Walk-ins are welcome based on availability; however, appointments are strongly encouraged for a seamless experience.
